This platform allows users to stream films, purchase digital courses, and buy physical merchandise. Access is granted only for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Payment and Access
All payments are processed securely via Paystack (Naira) or Stripe (US Dollars). For video-on-demand (TVOD) purchases, access is granted for a limited time as specified on the product page.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including films, images, and text, is protected by copyright laws. No content may be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission. Streams are watermarked with the viewer’s email.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any local or international laws in using this website.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy
Digital Products (Films & Masterclasses)
All sales of digital content are final. Once a film or course has been accessed, we do not offer refunds unless there is a proven technical issue preventing access.
Merchandise
Refunds or exchanges for physical items (t-shirts, tote bags, etc.) are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email ema@emaedosio.com with your order number and reason for the request. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect and use your information.
1. Information Collected
- Name and email address, and a delivery address for merchandise
- Payment details, entered directly with Paystack or Stripe (we never see or store your card number
- Website usage analytics, and which videos you play (to secure our content)
2. How We Use It
- To process payments and deliver digital or physical products
- To improve our services and user experience
- To communicate with you about updates and promotions (if you opt in)
3. Third Parties
We do not share or sell your personal data. Payments are processed securely via Paystack and Stripe, and videos are delivered by VdoCipher, each only receiving what they need to provide their service.

FAQs
How do I watch a film after purchase?
Straight after payment you can start watching. We also email you a receipt with a one-tap sign-in link that you can open on any device to watch for the length of your ticket.
Can I download the films or courses?
No. Content is only available via secure streaming and cannot be downloaded.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No. Just pay with your email. Your account is created for you and we email you a sign-in link.
Can I pay in Naira?
Yes. Choose NGN to pay with Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD), or USD to pay by card with Stripe.
Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
Yes. Tick “Buy this as a gift” at checkout and enter their email. We’ll send them the ticket and a sign-in link.
I’m having issues streaming. What do I do?
Please check your internet connection and try another browser. If the issue persists, email ema@emaedosio.com with your order number.
Can I request a refund?
For digital products, refunds are not offered unless there’s a technical issue. For merchandise, refunds are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
